Deluxe Wedding - Legal Wedding

For legally married in Indonesia base on Indonesian law the couple should be registered and recognized by one of 5 religions in Indonesian and have to be
the same Religion such as Christian (Protestant, Catholic) Moslem, Hindu or Buddhism.

The Marriage should be registered with the district Registrar and religious ceremony is compulsory. The ceremony first start by religious ceremony and will be conducted by the minister or priest base on their own respective religious. After the religious
ceremony, the District Registrar officer will perform the Civil ceremony to register the marriage.The couple will receive certificate immediately after both ceremony taken place at the same place. The foreigner Couple required to obtain a "Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage", this certificate should be applied personally by the couple to the respective Embassy or Consulate locally. To obtain the letter there will be an administration fee required.

The following relevant document should be submitted by the latest 3 weeks prior to the wedding in order to process accordingly.

• Copy valid passport from both (Couple)
• Copy of Birth Certificate of both (Couple)
• Copy of baptism and conformation from Church of both (Couple/for Christian only)
• Divorce certificate (if any)
• Status Certificate ("No Impediment letter") legalized by respective Embassies or consulate in Indonesia (Jakarta/Bali), certifying that couple have no objection to get married in Indonesia (Bali).*
• Clients are requested to transit in Jakarta one day to get this status certificate.
• Witness (2 people) if there are, or the hotel can organize this.
• Photograph 4 x 6 Cm = 6 pieces as a couple together, must be photographed as a couple bride & groom.
• Details of full names, address, occupations and religions.
• Couples required to be in as a resident in the Hotel 5 days prior to Wedding.

CATHOLIC
Because specific rule and regulation from the Catholic Church the Couple request to submit the relevant Document earlier by the latest 1 month prior to Wedding, Catholic Couples must also present following paper.
·Baptism Certificate - Mandatory
·Copy of Letter of Freedom to marry from the respective parish to be addressed "To whom it may concern"
·Copy of Letter of Delegation from the respective parish to be addressed to "The Catholic Priest in Bali".
